    A man awaiting sentencing on charges he had 200 pictures of child pornography saved on his cellphone and Kindle Fire was arrested Tuesday on similar charges. Mark Luke Stout, 41, of Oxford Street, Hanover Township, was charged after Luzerne County detectives and the state police Northeast Computer Crime Unit allegedly found numerous images depicting young girls wearing bikinis and lingerie posing in sexual positions on a laptop computer he used.
